摘要
研究了人工加速老化过程中蓝茎冰草种子泄漏物的变化,测定了干种子中氨基酸含量。结果表明:随种子老化电导率下降,蓝茎冰草种子电导率与生活力及发芽势显著正相关;老化种子可溶性糖泄漏均低于对照的,但各处理之间差异不显著;各老化处理与对照的氨基酸泄漏差异不显著,氨基酸泄漏与种子中游离氨基酸的相关系数为0.819,相关极显著(P<0.01),氨基酸的渗漏不反映膜的透性。
A study was conducted on changes of leakage from Rosana Western wheatgrass seeds during accelerated aging.Amino acids were detemined in dry seeds.The results showed that the electrical conductivity decreased as seed aging.The correlation studies revealed that electrical conductivity was found to be positively and significantly correlated with viability and vigor of seed.Soluble sugars in leakage of aged seeds were less than those of the control,however,there were no significant differences among aging treatments.Amino acid in leakage of aged seeds had no significant difference compared with that in the control.High correlation coefficient(r=0.819) occurred between leaching of amino acid and amino acid content of dry seeds,there was no relationship between leaching of amino acid and the permeability of membranes during accelerated aging.
