摘要
目的比较不同方法提取绞股蓝皂甙的效益。方法通过乙醇回流提取、超声波提取、超声波加乙醇回流提取三种不同提取方法进行正交比较实验。结果利用超声波法提取绞股蓝皂甙,其提取效果是传统回流法的1.9倍,而且节约时间和能源。结论利用超声波强化处理提取过程,其提取效益超过传统提取工艺煎煮法和回流法,是一种有效的皂甙提取途径。
Objective To make a comparison about the extraction technology of gynosaponins by different methods.Methods The processes of ethyl alcohol-backflow extracting and ethyl alcohol-backflow extracting after ultrasonic wave extracting had been done in our laboratory and were compared.Results The quantity of gynosaponins extracted by Ultrasonic wave extracting was 1.9 times as long as that by the traditional ethyl alcohol-backflow extracting.This method could save time and energy.Conclusion The method of ultrasonic wave extracting is brief,high precise,and suited for the extraction of valuable gynosaponins.
