杭州某高校大学生蠕形螨感染情况的调查分析

The investigation and analysis of human follicle mite infection among college students of one college in Hangzhou

目的调查杭州市下沙高教园区杭州师范学院大学生人体蠕形螨的感染情况,分析蠕形螨感染与性别、各种脸部肤质、洁肤品使用的关系。方法采用透明胶纸法对300名在校大学生蠕形螨感染进行调查,同时分析其与被检者肤质和使用洁肤品情况的关系。结果该校300名学生受检,检出人体蠕形螨者54人,感染率18%。男生感染率为18.4%(14/76),女生感染率为17.9%(40/224),男生和女生间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。从学生来源地看,城镇学生感染率为14.4%(17/118),农村学生为20.3%(37/182),两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。从学生脸部肤质比较,干性者感染率为20.7%(6/29),中性者感染率为16.5%(15/91),油性者感染率为16.5%(18/81),混合性者感染率为15.2%(15/99),肤质类型与感染关系不明显(P>0.05)。使用洁肤品者感染率为16.9%(25/148),不使用洁肤品者感染率为19.1%(29/152),两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论大学生蠕形螨感染较普遍,应加强大学生蠕形螨感染的群防群治工作。

Objective To investigate the infection status of human follicle mites among the students of Hangzhou Teachers College in Xiasha and to analyze the relationship between human mites infection and sex,the character of facial skin and usage of skin cleanser. Methods 300 college students were selected for the diagnosis of human follicle mite infection by transparent adhesive tape method.The character of facial skin and whether use skin cleanser were recorded to analyze the relationship with human follicle mite infection. Results The infective rate of human follicle mites among 300 college students was 18%(18.4% in male and 17.9% in female),and there was no significant difference between the infective rate of male and that of female(P>0.05).On the part of the provenance of students,the infection rate of students from town was 14.4%,while that from countryside was 20.3%,and there was no significant difference between the infective rate of students from town and that from countryside(P>0.05).On the part of the character of facial skin,the infection rates of dry skin,neutral skins,moist skins and mixture skin were 30.7%,16.5%,16.5% and 15.2% respectively.There was no significant difference between the infection rate and the character of facial skin(P>0.05).In addition,the infective rate of the skin cleanser users was 16.9%,while that of non-skincleanser users was 19.1%.There was no significant difference between the infective rate of the skin cleanser users and that of non-skincleanser users (P>0.05). Conclusion It is common for the students of local college to be infected with human follicle mites and it is necessary to reinforce collective precaution and remedy.
