摘要
随着市场经济的发展,利益关系,分配方式呈现多元化的趋势,劳动争议案件时有发生,然而作为解决纠纷机制之一的劳动争议调解发挥的作用却极为有限,这与我国劳动立法中有关劳动争议调解的部分不完善有着密切关系,这就亟需对现在立法体制中劳动争议调解制度进行完善。
Along with the development of the market economy, interest relations and the distribution ways present the diversified tendency, and the labor dispute cases often happen, but the function of the labor dispute mediation as one kind of method and system for solving the labor disputes is extremely limited, and this has the close relation with the imperfection involved in the section of the related labor dispute mediation in the Chinese labor legislation, this urgently needs to make the reform on the labor dispute mediation mechanism under the present legislation system.
