摘要
利用RAPD技术对向日葵核盘菌12个菌株进行了基因组DNA多态性分析.通过聚类分析发现在类间距15以下12个菌株可以分为5群,来自长春、内蒙、云南和来自吉林的5号菌株类间距离较小,其亲缘关系较近;而另一个来自吉林的4号菌株与来自黑龙江的2号菌株属第二类群;来自新疆的12号、来自陕西的7号菌株表现出与其它菌株较远的遗传背景.
The RAPD was used to analyze the polymorphism of 12 isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from different areas in our country.9 primers which are 10 nucleotides long were used to amplify the DNA of 12 isolates,the total numbers of amplification fragments were 88,polymorphism DNA fragments in different isolates occupied 89%.The polymorphism DNA were cluster analyzed by SPSS 10.0,the results were that the isolates could be divided into 5 groups under the distance of 15.among them,isolates 12 and 7 had the longest distance with other isolates.
