英语交际中的迟疑行为

摘要 日常口头交际大都是应时即景的,因而人们在表达思想时,一般会表露出某些迟疑行为。迟疑行为主要表现在停顿、结巴、犹豫、重复、口罗嗦等5个方面。本文通过实例探讨迟疑行为的成因、形式和功能,从而说明迟疑行为从某种意义上说,既是一种权宜之计,更是一种语用策略。 Oral communication is impromptu in most cases.Therefore,when people express their ideas in communication,they may show hesitations.With an analysis of the causes,forms and functions of hesitation,this paper concludes that hesitation is an expedient measure in a sense and a pragmatic tactic as well.
