On Cultivating "Both-professional" Teaching Staff in Vocational Colleges

摘要 目前,我国高职院校的师资队伍状况不容乐观,普遍存在着学历偏低、整体素质不高、职称结构不合理、实践能力差等问题。从对师资队伍的要求来说,高职院校的教师既要有良好的素质,又要有丰富的教学经验;既要有更为全面的知识储备,较高的专业技术应用能力和组织管理能力,又要有较强的社会活动能力和知识创新能力;既是向学生传授知识的讲师,又是本专业的工程师、经济师、技师,成为指导学生实践锻炼的“双师型”教师。 At present,there exist some problems in the teaching staff of vocational colleges,such as lack of educational background,low quality,unreasonable title structure and poor practice ability.As far as the requirements for teaching staff are concerned,teachers in vocational colleges should not only be highly qualified but also much experienced.They should have a more comprehensive knowledge reserve,high specialized technical application ability,organization and management capacity,strong social activity ability and knowledge innovation ability as well.What's more,while they are lecturers who teach the knowledge to the students,they should also be specialized engineers,economists,and technicians,becoming 'both-professional' teachers to instruct the students to practice.
