胞外聚合物对生物除磷效果影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对三种碳源(乙酸钠、葡萄糖、脱脂乳和葡萄糖混合物)的SBR强化生物除磷系统比较研究发现,以葡萄糖为碳源除磷效果最好,通过对PHA(poly-β-hydroxyalkanoate)、活性污泥中磷含量的测定以及胞外聚合物(EPS)的扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析表明,PHA在厌氧结束时的量并不能完全作为后续好氧阶段吸磷效果好坏的确定性指标,EPS的生物吸附对磷也有一定程度的去除.
