摘要
将所克隆的紫杆柽柳谷胱甘肽硫转移酶基因(TaGST)构建成植物表达载体pB I-TaGST,通过农杆菌介导法将其转入烟草W 38(Nicotiana tabacumcv.W 38),获得了转基因的烟草植株.转基因植株的PCR和RT-PCR检测表明,该目的基因已经整合到烟草基因组上.
Based on cloned gene(TaGST) from Tamarix and rossowii.,the plant expression vector promotered by 35S was constructed,and transformed into Nicotiana tabacum cv(W38).Transgenic plants were characterized by using PCR,RT-PCR,and the results proved that the foreign gene was inserted into the genome of Nicotiana tabacum.
