通过MTT法对不同浓度抗肿瘤药物对肿瘤细胞杀伤力的影响的研究,建立了MTT法测不同浓度抗肿瘤药物对细胞杀伤程度的方法,此方法在新抗肿瘤药物的研究和开发中将有很重要的应用价值,同时为基因芯片对中药有效成分的筛选打下了良好的基础.

This paper studled on assay the execution of different concentrations of anticancer drugs when they kill anticancer cells by MTT method.Established a method of assay the execution of different concertration of anticancer drugs when they kill anticancer cells by MTT method.This method will has important application value during research and development new drugs.Also the method will provide better foundation for screening efficient component of Chinese Traditional Drugs.
