Research progress on bioactive peptides of bovine milk

牛乳中含有多种生物活性的物质,其在乳中所占的比重不高,但是具有重要的生物与生理学功能,尤其是在促进机体的生长、发育成熟以及疾病防治方面都扮演着重要的作用.这些营养成分中最重要的是生物活性肽,包括牛乳中游离的活性肽和经过酶解后乳蛋白释放出来的活性肽.本文对牛乳中胰岛素及胰岛素样生长因子、表皮生长因子、转化生长因子、酪蛋白磷酸肽、类吗啡肽、抗高血压肽、免疫调节肽、以及抗血栓肽等生物活性肽的最新发展和国内外研究情况作了简要的概述.

There is an abundance of nutriment in bovine milk.The nutriment not only offers us nutrition but also plays an important role in our growth,maturity and disease prevention.Bioactive peptides are the most important nutriment,for it includes some dissociated bioactive peptides from bovine milk protein.In this paper,we discuss the research progresses on the bioactive peptides of bovine milk,such as TGF,EGF,IGF-I,IGF-II,CPP,and so on.
