摘要
以二乙醇胺和异丁醛为原料,采用加成缩合技术合成了2-异丙基-3-羟乙基-1,3-噁唑烷.通过毛细管气相色谱(GC)、红外光谱(IR)、13C核磁共振谱(13CNMR)测试分析,有力地证明了在本文实验条件下能有效地合成出目标产物.减压蒸馏的结果表明,目标产物的产率可达74.2%.
2-isopropyl-3-hydroxyethyl-1, 3-oxazolidine is synthesized from diethanolamine and isobutyl- raldehyde by means of addition condensation reaction. IR and 13CNMR test results show that 2-isopropyl-3- hydroxyethyl-1, 3-oxazolidine can be obtained under this experimental condition. The productive rate reaches 74.2%.
