民族药鬼针草的生药学鉴定

Pharmacognosy identification of the ethnic medicine plant bidens poilsa L.

采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴别方法对民族药鬼针草进行系统的生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据.结果表明:通过原植物、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别能够很好地鉴定该药材.

The original plant identification, morphological, microscopic indentification, thin layer chromatography(TLC) are adopted to identify original plants which are used as ethnic medicine Bidens poilsa L. by systematic identification of pharmacognosy, providing the scientific evidence of identification and application. The results show that they are good methods to indentify Bidens poilsa L.
