摘要
采用沉降法测定了硅微粉的粒度.研究了分散剂种类、分散剂加入量、硅微粉在水中的质量分数和温度对硅微粉粒度测定的影响,得出了最佳测定条件为:添加的分散剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;分散剂加入量为0.06%;硅微粉在水中的质量分数为0.6%~1.0%;测定室温为10℃~30℃.
This paper uses diping method analysis of the particle size for silicon powder.The study is focused on dispersion medium kind,dispersion medium quantity,silicon powder quantity coefficient in water and temperatures for in the influence of silicon powders,the particle size analysis effect.The best condition: dispersion medium is Lubrol AL14;dispersion medium quantity is 0.06%;silicon powder quantity coefficient in water is 0.6%~1.0% and temperature is 10℃~30℃.
