青海川西獐牙菜的高效液相指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC fingerprint of Swertia mussotii from Qinghai province

利用高效液相色谱法建立了青海川西獐牙菜的色谱指纹图谱,色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm×5μm),乙醇:0.04%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长260nm.通过比较,发现川西獐牙菜样品的9个主要共有峰,可作为鉴别青海川西獐牙菜药材的主要依据.对13批青海川西獐牙菜进行了相似度计算和聚类分析,结果表明,所建立的指纹图谱可用于青海川西獐牙菜药材的真伪鉴别和质量评价.

The chromatographic fingerprinting of Swertia mussotii from Qinghai province is established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The HPLC conditions are that Kromasil C18 column(250mm× 4.6mm× 5μm) and C2H5OH-0.04% H3PO4 gradient are chosen and the flow speed the test wavelength are set at 1 mL/min and 260nm,respectively.Nine communal peaks are found by comparison capable of being used as the major determinants identifying Swertia mussotii.The similarity calculation and cluster analysis of thirteen batches of Swertia mussotii are conducted indicating that the established fingerprinting of Swertia mussotii is suitable for telling genuine Swertia mussotii from bogus ones and evaluating their quality of Swertia mussotii.
