邻苯三酚自氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶活性的研究

Research on the measurement of the SOD activity via pyrogallol auto-oxidation

目前超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定结果混乱,为提高测定结果的可比性,对邻苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD活性的方法进行了研究,就该活力测定体系中缓冲溶液的介质组成、浓度、pH及所含的EDTA量等因素对测定结果的影响进行了探讨,根据实验结果,提出了新的改良方法.

To improve compatibility of the results in assessment of super-oxide dismutase(SOD) activity,the method of pyrograllol auto-oxidation is used to assay SOD activity,and the factors influencing the results of the assessment such as the constituents and concentration of the buffer,pH and EDTA concentration ect.are discussed.According to the investigation on optimum condition,a new assay method of SOD activity is given finally.
