WTO保障措施与中国保障措施的比较研究

A Study on the Difference between WTO's Safeguard Measure and Chinese Safeguard Measure

通过比较分析,指出自1994年以来我国颁布的一系列有关保障措施的法律、法规与WTO保障措施在主要名词定义、实施保障措施的前提条件和约束条件、通知的内容、补偿和报复等方面还存在一定差距,并在此基础上提出相关建议。

A few of regulations about safeguard measure have been carried out by China since 1994. By analysing these regulations with WTO's safeguard measure, we find some differences in main notions, requirement and constrains of enforcing safeguard measures, content of notifing, compensation and retaliation and so on, and give some suggestions.
