摘要
为了改善生物质热解油的品质,引入了蒸汽汽爆、固态发酵对生物质进行了分级处理脱除其中半纤维素和纤维素,降低了生物质的羧基和羟基含量.研究了生化处理改变生物质组分对其快速热解及其热解产品的影响.结果表明,汽爆、发酵处理使得焦产率增加,油产率略有增加,热解气产率降低;除汽爆处理增加了CO2外,汽爆、发酵处理对热解气形成的规律影响较小;汽爆、发酵处理脱除半纤维素、纤维素后,醋酸降低了36%~49%,羟基丙酮减少了25.0%~38.5%,而酚类产物明显增加.油品的热值也由原麦秸的16~17MJ/kg增加到22~24MJ/kg.
To improve the quality of bio-oil from biomass pyrolysis,the method of stagewise treatments of steam-explosion and solid-state fermentation is introduced and the effect of the treatments on fast pyrolysis of wheat straw has been studied.By the treatments,some cellulose and hemicellulose in biomass was removed,and the content of carboxyl and hydroxyl decreased greatly.The experiments show that the stagewise treatments of straw increase char yield,and bio-oil yield slightly,but decrease gas yield.They hardly affect the regularity of straw pyrolysis except for CO_2 yield from steam-explosion.And the content of acetic acid decreased by 36%-49%,that of 1-hydroxy-2-propanone decreased by 25.0%-38.5%,and phenols increased due to the treatments.The heating value of bio-oil raised from 16-17 MJ/kg to 22-24 MJ/kg.
