摘要
根据支架材料的要求及猪皮的特点,采用多种化学、生物与物理综合方法处理猪皮得到了一种新型胶原支架材料,并探讨了酶处理、复合、交联和Co60辐照对其性能的影响,对其制备工艺进行了优化。该材料具有良好的微观渗透性、适当的降解速度和抗张强度,有望成为一种较理想的组织工程支架材料。
Considering the request of scaffold materials and the characteristics of pigskin,a new natural collagen material was made with special biological,chemical and physical methods.The effect of the enzyme treating,compounding,cross-linking and cobalt ray irradiation on its properties was investigated.The technology of preparation was optimized.The results indicated that this material had good microscopic permeability,suitable speed of biodegradation and good tensile strength.This material may be expected a kind of ideal scaffold material for tissue engineering.
