摘要
针对目前国内天然气合成氨装置的转化系统普遍存在燃料天然气消耗过大、热能浪费严重等问题,对合成氨装置转化系统进行了一系列节能技术改造。工业运行结果表明:改造后的转化系统,生产每吨NH3其燃料天然气消耗从350 m3降至200 m3,生产能力从6万t/a提高至9万t/a,基本克服了原装置的弊端。
In view of the problems that the fuel natural gas consumption was too high and the heat energy severely wasted in the synthetic ammonia transforming system in China,a technological modification was adopted in a synthetic ammonia plant.The industrial results indicated that the new transforming system was able to decrease the fuel natural gas consumption from(350 m^3) to 200 m^3 in producing one ton of ammonia,and the producing capacity increased from 60 kt/a to 90 kt/a.So the disadvantages of the original process was converted on the whole after the modification.
