摘要
基于26万t/a聚氯乙烯低沸塔板分离能力低下,介绍了大通量导向筛板在聚氯乙烯低沸精馏塔技术改造中的应用,分析了其结构特点,研究了该筛板操作性能。用化工过程模拟软件对改造方案进行了计算机模拟与优化,在优化方案的基础上对设备进行了改造。结果表明,大通量导向筛板和原传统塔板相比,生产能力、分离效率均有明显提高,而能耗显著降低。
Considering the poor separative ability of low boiling distillation in a PVC plant which has a production capactity of 260 kt/a.The application of high efficient flow-guided sieve tray in the innovation of poly-chlorethylene distillation column was introduced,and its machinery characteristic was analyzed.Its operational performance was studied too.The advanced simulative software was used to optimize and simulate the innovation project.The result indicated that the application performance of high efficient flow-guided sieve tray was far better than the former conventional tray.After the innovation,the process capacity rose to nearly twice as the predecessor's capacity,with the efficiency evidently improved,and the energy consuming decreased enormously.
