摘要 总结了磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒的制备方法,例如共沉淀法、高温热分解法、微乳液法、气、溶胶法及趋磁细菌合成法等,同时详细概述了生物相容磁性Fe3O4纳米微粒在生物活性物质的固定、修饰、分离、检测,靶向药物,癌症治疗及磁共振成像等生物医学方面的应用,并对前景进行了展望。 This paper summarized the preparation methods of magnetic magnetite nanoparticles,such as coprecipation method,high-temperature decomposition method,microemulsion method,aerosol method and synthesis by magnetotactic bacteria,etc.Particularly the application of magnetic magnetite nanoparticles in biomedicine such as immobilization,modification,isolation and determination of biologically active compounds,targeting drug cancer therapy and magnetic resonance imaging was described in detail.The prospect of synthesis and potential application of biocompatible nanoparticles was also made.
