The use of epichlorophydrin and its production technique were simply summarized.Aiming at the current situation that the supply of the glycerol exceeded demand,which was the by-product in biodiesel production,the general situation of epichlorohydrin preparation with cheap glycerol as a material at home and abroad was introduced.The budget of the route was made,and the results indicated that the route for epichlorophydrin production from glycerol had much better market competitiveness.
