摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了小本体聚丙烯/纳米CaCO3复合材料(SBPP/纳米CaCO3),研究了经铝钛复合偶联剂处理前后的纳米CaCO3粒子对SBPP结晶性能的影响。结果表明纳米粒子能够诱导β晶的形成,提高SBPP的结晶度,降低SBPP球晶尺寸,使得球晶均匀程度增加,并且纳米CaCO3经偶联剂处理后以上几种效果更为显著;纳米CaCO3可以提高材料的结晶温度和结晶速率,但经偶联剂处理的纳米粒子的结晶速率却小于未经偶联剂处理的材料的结晶速率,说明偶联剂的加入在一定程度上抑制了纳米CaCO3对SBPP/纳米CaCO3复合材料的结晶过程。
The small batch bulk polypropylene(SBPP)/nanometeric calcium carbonate composites were prepared by melt-blending process.Effects of nanometeric calcium carbonate and coulping agent on crystallization properties of SBPP were studied.Results show that nanometeric calcium carbonate has the heterogeneous nucleation effect and induces the formation of beta-crystal on SBPP,addition of nanometeric calcium carbonate increases the crystallization degree,beta-crystal content,crystallization temperature and rate of SBPP,and the spherulite size of SBPP become finer and equaler.Nanometeric calcium carbonate treated by coulping agent has more effects than that before treating,but the crystallization rate of SBPP with the coupling-treated nanometeric calcium carbonate is lower than that of SBPP with untreated,which indicated the coulping agent can restrain the crystallization process of SBPP/ nanometeric calcium carbonate composites.
