摘要
以自制的填料型SO42-/Al2O3-Al和SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3-Al固体酸为催化剂,在直径30 mm的不锈钢催化精馏塔中进行乙酸乙酯的合成研究,考察了回流比、进料酸醇摩尔比、进料流量等操作参数对反应和分离过程的影响。结果表明,适宜的操作条件为:回流比为3,酸醇摩尔比为5,乙醇进料流量为1 mol/h。
In a Ф 30 mm stainless steel packing column,the synthesis of ethyl acetate was studied by using catalytic distillation with SO^(2-)_4/Al_2O_3-Al and SO^(2-)_4/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3-Al solid acid as catalyst.The effects of reflux,acetic/alcohol mole ratio,ethanol flow rate on the process of catalytic reaction and separation were investigated.The results indicated that the optimum synthesis conditions were that:the reflux is 3,the molar ratio of the acid and alcohol is 5 and the ethanol flow rate is(1 mol/h).
