摘要
以水玻璃、FeSO4·7H2O及NaClO3为原料,制备了聚硅酸铁(PSF)混凝剂,同时研究PSF的水解规律,并研究了PSF与复合铝铁(PFA)的微观性质(微观形态及粒径分布)及其除磷性能,初步探讨PSF的除磷机理.结果表明PSF除磷作用主要是配位吸附,PSF除磷最佳的金属与磷的摩尔比为0.6~1.2,在该范围内PSF除磷效率比PFA高出30%多.PSF的除磷最佳pH范围为7~12,而PFA仅为11~12.对于近中性的一般水质,PSF更具实用性.
An inorganic polymer coagulant,poly-silicic-ferric(PSF) was prepared by using water glass,FeSO_4·7H_2O and NaClO_3,and the hydrolysis law of PSF was studied.The micro properties of PSF and total phosphorus(TP) removal by PSF(jar tests) were explored compared to that of polyferric aluminum(PFA).The mechanism of removing phosphorus was analyzed.The results show that PSF mainly removes TP by adsorption.The optimal metal/phosphorus molar ratio of removing TP by PSF is from 0.6 to 1.2 at which PSF gives more 30% TP removal than that by PFA.The optimal pH range of removing TP by PSF is from 7 to 12,in comparison with 11-12 by PFA.PSF is of practical significance in treating water samples with a wider pH range near-neutral.
