摘要
利用筛选得到的秸秆水解液乙醇发酵菌株Saccharomyces kluyveri进行了低糖浓度下不同糠醛浓度梯度的生长抑制作用实验。结果显示:当糠醛浓度在0.25 mg/mL时,对菌株生长具有促进作用;当糠醛浓度超过1 mg/mL时,对菌株的生长具有明显抑制作用。同时在50 mg/mL初始糖质量浓度条件下,菌株生长表现优于30 mg/mL初始糖质量浓度,葡萄糖的利用能力也相应提高。
A microorganism strain Saccharomyces kluyveri was selected and cultured in several different furfural content medium under condition of low glucose concentration to find out the repressing scope of furfural concentration.Results show that:it stimulated microorganism growth while furfural concentration at 0.25 mg/mL,and the dry cell weight decreased with rising of the furfural concentration in the medium.It has restrained cell growth obviously when furfural concentration above(1 mg/mL).Meanwhile,the strain grow better under 50 mg/mL original sugar concentration condition than that under 30 mg/mL original sugar concentration,and also has raised glucose consumption ability of the strain.
