摘要
学生、研究者、教师个体及教师群体分别通过学习、研究、教学和学科建设实施对知识的管理,尽管目的不同、形式各异,但他们共同构成了高校对知识管理的主体。
The student, researcher, individual teacher and the teachers as a group manage the knowledge by means of learning,research,teaching and field development of study.The team composed mainly of them administrates the knowledge in spite of different forms and purposes.
