摘要
教育实习是高等师范院校教育教学的一个有机组成部分,传统教学实践教学“师传生受”的单一的教学模式,忽视学生的主体能动性,忽视学生的实习状态的弊端不可避免地显现出来。师范生教学实践能力的培养不仅取决于教师的教,更重要的是取决于学生的学和做。我们根据现代教育学、建构主义等理论提出了构建师范教育“观摩体验、假日模拟、顶岗实习、课题研究、论文写作”五环节立体式实践教学模式的构想。
Teaching practice is an organic component of normal universities' syllabus. The traditional teaching practice design ignoring the students' authority thus inevitably conveys some shortcomings. Except for learning from the high school teachers' teaching, the effect of the normal students' teaching practice mainly depends on the students' doing and learning. Based on the views of constructivism and modern educational theories, we put forward a kind of new teaching practice which includes: investigation, model school in holiday, substitutive practice, project research and paper writing.
