摘要
由于钢厂废水的污泥金属含量高、比重大,原有各种形式的吸泥机除泥效果不理想。为此开发设计了适用于钢厂废水处理的平流式沉淀池的机械排泥系统———BBXN型行车式泵吸泥机。文章论述了该机的结构设计及计算,尤其较详细地叙述了吸泥机设计中的关键问题:主梁的刚度、驱动功率、排泥阻力等的计算过程,为类似设备的研制提供了有益的经验。该设备已成功地应用于凌钢、武钢炼钢废水的处理,取得最佳效益。
A BBXN gantry pump suction machine,which is suitable for the treatment of waste water in the horizontal sedimentation tank in steel mills,was developed.The structure,design and calculation of the machine,especially the calculation about main girder,rated power,resistance of drain sludge and so on,which is key technology about the design of a suction machine are described.This equipment has been successfully used to deal with sludge of waste water in Lingyuan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd and Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corp.and excellent results have been achieved.
