壳聚糖在柞丝绸染色中的应用

Application of Chitosan in Dyeing of Tussah Silk

环保型材料壳聚糖在染整中的应用,可大大提高织物的服用性能,并且提高染料的利用率。将柞蚕丝绸用壳聚糖处理后,用活性染料进行染色并测定其染色性能,结果表明:壳聚糖的质量分数为0.2%,轧余率为90%时,增深效果比较理想,该条件下适宜的工艺为pH为5.5,染色温度为85℃,染色后织物干摩擦牢度略有下降。

By using chitosan which is a kind of ecomaterial in dyeing and preparation,both the fabric wearability and dye availability can be remarkably improved.Having been prepared with chitosan,tussah silk was dyed with reactive dye and dyeing performance was tested.The results showed that the best hyperchromic effect was achieved with chitosan whose mass fraction was 0.2% and pickup was 90%,under a technology condition of pH value 5.5 at 85℃.But dry rubbing fastness of the fabric dropped slightly after dyeing.
