按照“支部建在连上”党建理论与实践原则和《党章》的要求,把党支部建在志愿服务队上意义重大。这一探索开辟了新形势下高校思想政治教育的新途径;有利于发挥党支部在志愿服务队中战斗堡垒作用和学生党员的先锋模范作用;有利于学生党员在服务大局、服务社会中发挥党员的先进性;有利于新形势下高校思想政治教育形式的创新、内容的深化、覆盖面的拓展。

In accordance with the Party-building theory of 'Party branch in the company,' and the principle of the Party Constitution,it is not difficult for us to realize the significance of setting up Party branches in volunteer service teams.This practice is a new approach to colleges' ideological and political education in new temporary situations.It's good for Party branch to play the leading role in volunteer service teams,good for college student party members to show progressiveness in collective and social service,and also good for the innovation of the form,deepening of the content and increase of the coverage in colleges' ideological and political education under the new situation.
