摘要
利用厌氧技术处理高浓度的聚酯切片废水是目前的一大难题。应用UASB(升流式厌氧污泥床)对聚酯切片废水的处理进行了实验研究。结果表明:UASB在(37±1)℃下运行,处理聚酯切片废水容积负荷达到10kgCOD/(m3.d),停留时间HRT为24小时,去除率仍达到85%以上,产气率约为0.42l/gCOD。
Using technology to deal with high concentrations of anaerobic wastewater polyester slice is a major challenge.The pilot study is conducted with the application UASB polyester slice of the wastewater treatment.The results show : UASB(37±1)℃in the operation,the load capacity to handle polyester slice wastewater 10kgCOD/(m^3·d),the stay granted to 24 hours,removal still 85% above the rate of gas production 0.42l/gCOD.
