血浆淋巴细胞置换术联合VAD方案化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床观察

Clinical observation of the plasma exchange and lymphocyte apheresis with VAD regimen chemotherapy in multiple myeloma

目的 研究血浆淋巴细胞置换术联合VAD方案化疗对多发性骨髓瘤患者的治疗效果.方法 多发性骨髓瘤患者每周行1～2次血浆淋巴细胞置换术,1～3次为一个疗程,随后采用VAD方案化疗.结果 患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)和球蛋白(GLB)分别下降45.1±15.3 mm/h 和 17.2±7.3 g/L,患者卡氏评分(KPS)有不同程度改善.结论 血浆淋巴细胞置换术能迅速改善多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床症状,提高VAD方案化疗疗效.

Objective To study of the plasma exchange and lymphocyte apheresis with VAD regimen chemotherapy to multiple myeloma.Methord Plasma exchange and lymphocyte apheresis every week for one to three times,fllowed by VAD regimen chemotherapy to multiple myeloma.Result The value of ESR and GLB declined 45.1±15.3mm/h and 17.2±7.3g/L respectively.The KPS score of the patients improved.Conclusion This methord can relief the clinical symptoms rapidly and improve effective of the chemotherapy.
