浅谈《归档文件整理规则》在高校档案工作中的实践

On the Practice of Filed Document Arrargement Regulation in the College Filing Work

为了适应档案管理现代化的需要,提高工作效率,根据中华人民共和国档案行业标准《归档文件整理规则》和省、市档案管理部门的要求,从高校档案工作实际出发,结合我院档案工作现状,制定了《山西农业大学太原园艺学院归档文件整理细则》,通过实践我们对高校实施《规则》的适用及实践中几个问题进行了阐述。

According to our country's filing standards-filed Document Arrangement Regulations, and requirements of provincial and municipal file management departments,we draw up Shanxi Agr- icutural University Taiyuan Cardening School Filed Document Detailed Regulations.based on our school's problems in filing work and combined with the realistic conditions,our aim is to satisfy the demand of filing management modernization and improve efficiency.In putting regulations into prac- tice,we find several problems.So we set forth them here.
