高校素质教育活动中存在学生参加不积极等三种情况,这是为什么?学生是内因,学校是外因。素质教育的前提是让学生明确教育重要性,明确“我要素质”。变学校“给”素质为学生要素质。充分发挥其主观能动性,自觉提高。

There are three problems in college quality education,such as negative attendance. Why does this situation oecure?The student is the internal factor and the school is the external fac- tor.The premise of quality education is to make students know its importance and demand quali- ties.Not demanded by the colleges,the students are willing to gain the qualities.The colleges should arouse subjective initiative of the students to improve conscientiously.
