摘要 枣疯病是枣树生产上发生最普遍、危害最严重的传染性检疫病害。枣疯病的病原是植原体,属于核糖体16SrV—B组,主要通过嫁接和取食韧皮部的叶蝉传播,常常引起植株黄化、变叶、丛枝,给枣树生产造成巨大的损失。从谊病的病原及其存在部位、主要传播途径、传毒昆虫、分子生物学研究及防治等方面加以阐述,力求对该病害有深入具体的了解。 Jujube witches-broom is the most dangerous phytoplasma affecting ziziphus jujube trees, is pathology belongs to ribosomal group 16SrV-B.The disease severely affects jujube orchard mainly in China.The disease is transmitted by grafting and by insect vectors.Affected plant shows the loss of a typical brooming shape of apical dominance,produces smaller and unmarketable fruits, and brings a lot of damage.We reviewed the disease from the way of transmission,vector,molecu- lar detection and recent management approaches adopted,for controlling and avoiding it.
