加强公安基层所队监督之我见

Some Personal Opinions on Strengthening Supervision in Public Security Grass-roots Units

加强公安基层所队的监督是基层基础建设中一项重要的工作。目前,基层所队民警违法违纪情况较为突出。加强基层所队监督应在基层所队配备纪检监察干部,对基层权力进行分解,推行警务公开制度,加强对个案的全程监督,推行社区民警向辖区群众述职述廉制度,加强群众监督,加强对所队民警工作时间以外的监督。

Strengthening supervision in public security grass-roots units is an important work in basic construction in primary level units.At present,the situation that policemen in grass-roots units violate law and breach principle is rather serious.To strengthen supervision in grass-roots units,cadres of disciplinary inspection and supervision must be allocated,power at primary level units be decomposed,opening system of police affairs be carried out,whole-course supervision of case be strengthened,system of community police reporting to the people under their jurisdiction be practised,mass supervision and after-work supervision of the policemen must be reinforced.
