推定作案条件之逻辑思考

推定作案条件是破案的关键一步。从逻辑的角度看,作案条件即作案人的必要条件;推定作案条件的推理形式是充分条件假言推理的肯定式;排除作案人的推理形式是充分条件假言推理的否定式;确定作案人的推理形式是充分必要条件假言推理的肯定前件式。在推定作案条件的过程中,我们应避免犯三种逻辑错误。
