Chinese Humanities Traditions and Modern Ruling-by-law Spirit

不同的文明造就了不同的法律文化,不同的民族精神孕育了不同的法制思想。中国古代法律文化和法制思想以其独特的把握世界的方式,体现着独特的民族精神和文化传统。但如何将传统人文精神中与现代法治相冲突的地方转换过来,加速法治现代化建设的进程,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。

Different civilizations have created different cultures of law,and different racial spirits have gestated different thoughts of legal system.Ancient Chinese culture of law and thoughts of legal system have been embodying their unique racial spirits and cultural tradition through their distinctive way of grasping the world.However,how to transform the conflicts between traditional humanities spirits and modern ruling-by-law and thus to accelerate the modernization of ruling-by-law has become an essential question for study.
