Thinking on the Construction of Special Journal Column:Taking the Column of "Ruling-by-law in Current Countryside in China"as an Example

学报特色专栏建设是学术策划理念的重要体现,特色专栏是展示刊物的学术眼光和办刊理念的窗口。应通过对现实的冷静思考和科学分析,寻觅社会热点和现实意义,探求学术品位和学理价值,并进行可行性分析后确定专栏设置。对专栏的维护和经营应注意严把政治关,开发和整合学术资源,积极、科学地策划选题,采取灵活多样的表现形式。

The construction of special journal columns with distinguished features is an important embodiment of academic design concept,and special columns are windows displaying the academic insight and running concept of the journal.Special columns should be fixed through sober thinking of and scientific analyzing the reality,seeking social focuses and realistic meaning,exploring academic quality and theoretical value as well as analyzing its feasibility.To maintain and run special columns,political attentions must be strictly paid to,academic resources be developed and integrated,selected topics be positively and scientifically designed,flexible and diversified expressing forms be adopted.
