我国刑事自诉制度的历史演变

The Historical Development of Criminal System of Initiate Private Suit in Our Country

尽管我国各历史时期的自诉制度在不同的历史时期有不同的称谓和内容,呈现出不同的特点,却一直为我国的法律制度所沿袭。因此,在新的刑事诉讼法典中我们不应废除自诉制度,而应对其予以修改和完善。

Although our country's system of initiative private suit had various titles and contents and appeared with diverse characteristics in different historical period,it has been adopted continuously by our country's legal system.Therefore,the system of initiative private suit should not be abolished in the new criminal procedure code,but be revised and perfected.
