摘要 目的探讨低场强MR在脑梗死与脑出血诊断中的应用价值。方法采用SET_1WI、T_2WI序列及液体衰减翻转恢复序列(FLAIR)MR技术,对23例脑梗死、8例脑出血患者行颅脑MR平扫,观察比较这两种疾病在不同序列的信号强度表现。结果23例脑梗死患者T1WI表现为低信号、T2WI及FLAIR均显示为高信号,FLAIR序列发现的病灶较T2WI多,且信号强度比T2WI高,病灶清晰明确。8例急性及超急性血肿在T1WI表现为等信号或等低信号,T2WI及FLAIR表现为高信号。结论脑梗死及脑出血在MR中各具不同的信号形式,低场强MR应用于脑卒中的检查有助于早期诊断。 Objective To explore the MR applying values in diagnosing the brain hemorrhage and brain occlusion. on Low-magnetic-field. Methods 23 cases of brain hemorrhage and 8 cases brain occlusion were scanned by crossing SE sequence T1WI, T2WI and the FLAIR technology. To observe and compare the signal representations of the two diseases in different sequence. Results If the patients had brain hemorrhage the signal was a low T1WI and high T2WI and FLAIR. Comparing with T2WI, the lesions that FLAIR sequence recognised were more and clearer, and the signal was higher. And the brain occlusion, the signal was an equality or an equal low T1WI and high T2WI and FLAIR. Conclusion The signal representations were different between altercates brain hemorrhage and brain occlusion. It’s helpful to the earlier diagnoses applying the MR on low-magnetic- field in checking the apoplexy.
