功能性消化不良患者的生活事件和防御方式的研究

The life events and defense mechanisms of patients with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)患者的生活事件和防御方式。方法分别对58例FD患者及43例正常对照者进行生活事件量表和防御方式问卷评定。结果FD患者所经历的正性生活事件分值为5.98±7.10,对照组为13.88±9.9(P<0.05);FD组负性生活事件分值为24.06±18.87,对照组为7.12±6.21(P<0.01);FD组生活事件总值为29.96±19.85,对照组为21.66±12.31(P<0.05)。在防御方式上.FD组的不成熟防御分值为4.77±0.86,对照组为3.68±0.89(P<0.01);FD组中间型防御分值为4.76±0.72,对照组为4.47±0.68(P<0.O5);FD组成熟防御方式分值为4.63±0.88,对照组为5.53±0.90(P<0.01)。结论FD所经历的生活事件增多,并且更多采用不成熟型防御机制和中间型防御机制,这可能是FD的重要心理方面的特点。

Objective To explore the life events and defense mechanisms of functionaldyspepsia(FD). Methods The Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ) and the Life Event Scale(LES) were performed in 58 patients with FD and 43 health controls. Results The scoreof positive life events in FD patients was 5.98±7.10, and that in control group was 13.88±9.9(P<0.05); the score of negative life events in the FD patients was 24.06±18.87, andthat in control group was 7.12±6.21(P<0.01). The full score of LES in FD patients was29.96±19.85, and that in control group was21.66±12.31 (P<0.05); The score ofimmature defense mechanisms in FD patients was4.77±0.86, and that in control group was3.68±0.89 (P<0.01). The score of the midst type of defense mechanism in FD patientswas4.76±0.72, and that in control group was4.47±0.68 (P<0.05). The score of themature type of defense mechanism in FD patients was4.63±0.88, and that in control groupwas5.53±0.90 (P<0.01). Conclusion It is important psychological character of FD patientsthat the life events are more and that the immature defense mechanisms and the midst typeof defense mechanism were high on used.
