摘要 调查表明:当前教育界对中小学校长领导效能的认识,存在着不注意学校组织的特殊性,过于看重校长的身心素质与道德修养和过于关注是否缺乏对教职员工的关心等问题。提高校长领导效能的关键是在充分认识各种影响因素的基础上,灵活调整自己的领导行为。 The study of the effect of schoolmasters' leading behavior and influence displays some problems.When evaluating the effect of schoolmasters' leading behavior,people often ignore the peculiarity of school and take the morality of schoolmasters and their ignorance towards the public relations and the issues the staff concern.The key to improving the effect of schoolmasters lies in the adjustment of their leading behaviors flexibly on the basis of clear understanding of the influence different elements.
