摘要 以某12缸V型发动机为例,借用法国AMES im4.2.1动态仿真软件,采用频域和时域分析方法,分析了发动机和传动系统扭振的特点.从无激励振型图和Bode图说明了发动机和传动系统的固有特性,从发动机激励下的扭矩和应力曲线图说明了发动机和传动系统的疲劳强度特性,揭示了发动机共振特点,曲轴断裂原因,以及减振器、弹性联轴器和传动系统对于发动机扭振的影响.为车辆设计人员和发动机设计人员分析发动机曲轴断裂问题和车辆设计过程中发动机匹配问题提供了参考数据. This thesis entirely analysed the torsional oscillation characteristic of the engine and the power train the method both in frequency field and in time field with dynamic simulation soft of AMESim4.2.1 from france.A kind of engine of 12cylinder with type V is analysed as the example.According to the oscillation model plots and the Bode plots without excitation,the natural characteristic of the engine and the power train was explained.According the torque and stress plots with excitation,the fatigue strength characteristic of the engine and the power train was explained.These characteristic indicated the performance of engine resonance,the reason of crankshaft cracking,the dampers,the spring couplings and the power trains on torsional oscillation.It provided reference data to analyse the problems of engine crankshaft cracking and to solve the problems of engine matching in vehicle designing.
