摘要
从学习焦虑的定义入手,通过对外语学习焦虑理论的回顾和评析,分析了外语学习焦虑产生的原因及对外语教学的影响,并提出了相应的克服和减轻我国学生外语学习焦虑的应对策略.
The definition of anxiety is firstly discussed, then the causes for anxieties and the influence of anxieties are analyzed. Based upon the above analysis, some teaching strategies are proposed to overcome Chinese students' language learning anxiety
