摘要
首先分析发达国家信息产业的产业融合现象,在此基础上探讨产业融合对信息产业规制体制的影响,最后研究信息产业的规制改革。
The article analyzes the convergence of IT industry in the major developed countries, and explores the impact of industrial convergence on the regulatory policies of IT industry, finally examines regulatory reforms of IT industry.
