摘要
简述了金川集团公司大型皮带驱动站B3SF-560型减速机的发热过程和散热过程,根据其实际的散热能力计算出了该减速机的额定热功率。在分析影响减速机热功率相关因素的基础上,从减速机设计、润滑及冷却等方面提出了多种提高减速机热功率的改进措施。
Heat generation and dissipation processes of Jinchuan group's large-scale belt transport-er-reductor are briefly introduced, and the specified heat power is calculated according to the actual heat dissipation capability. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the reductor heat power, improved measures are put forward such as the design of reductor, lubrication and cooling to upgrade the reductor heat power.
