高血压患者血浆纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体和高敏C-反应蛋白相关性研究 被引量:3

Study of the relationship among fibrinogen,D-dimer and high-sensitivity C reactive protein in hypertensive patients

摘要 目的探讨各级原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体(DD)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化以及这3项指标之间的相关性。方法分别测定100例各级EH患者血浆Fib、DD和hs-CRP含量,以36例健康人作对照。血浆Fib测定采用比浊法,DD测定采用ELISA法,hs-CRP测定则采用乳胶增强免疫透射比浊法。结果血浆Fib水平在Ⅰ级EH时升高不明显(P>0.05),Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级时显著升高(P<0.01),Ⅱ级EH时Fib的水平与Ⅰ级时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DD水平在Ⅰ级EH时与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);hs-CRP水平在各级EH患者间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各级EH患者血浆3项指标之间有良好的相关性(分别为r=0.648,r=0.831和r=0.734;P<0.01)。结论各级EH患者血浆中hs-CRP水平变化比Fib和DD明显。血浆hs-CRP、Fib和DD联合检测,能较好地反映EH患者的病情发展程度,为其早期诊断和治疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the level changes of the plasma fibrinogen(Fib),D-dimer(DD) and high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in essential hypertensive (EH) patients with different grade and the relationship among the three indicators.Methods Plasma Fib, DD and hs-CRP contents of 100 EH patients of each grade were determined and compared with those of 36 healthy persons as control group. Plasma Fib was determined by turbidimetry, DD was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, hs-CRP was determined by particle emulturbidimetric method.Results Plasma Fib level rised unapparently in Ⅰgrade EH(P>0.05), but it was all rised significantly in Ⅱand Ⅲ grade EH(P<0.01), the level of Fib was unapparent different between Ⅱ grade EH and Ⅰgrade EH(P>0.05). The plasma DD level had no significant difference in Ⅰgrade EH compared with control group(P>0.05), there had significant difference among other groups(P<0.01). The hs-CRP level was significantly difference among all groups(P<0.01). There were well correlations among plasma Fib,DD and hs-CRP in all EH patients(r=0.648, r=0.831and r=0.734, P<0.01).Conclusion The plasma hs-CRP level changed more apparently than Fib and DD in all EH patients. The results suggest that the combination measurement of plasma Fib, DD and hs-CRP might better evaluate the development process of EH patients,and be helpful to early diagnosis and therapy of EH patients.
